Outboard Carbon was established in 2026 in response to increasing demand from our existing automotive clients at Automotive Passion, a market-leading manufacturer and design company specialising in aerodynamic vehicle components for consumer and third-party race teams. Many of these clients—already familiar with the quality, precision, and craftsmanship of our pre-preg carbon fibre components—also own boats and yachts and sought the same level of excellence on the water.

Our first marine project focused on evolving the popular Mercury Racing Series engine platform. Drawing on our motorsport background, we developed a complete upper and lower carbon cowling system designed to enhance both performance and aesthetics.
